Email [email protected] and include the app name, device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.

Subscriptions

Purchases and cancellations are managed through Apple. Use Manage Subscription in the app to open Apple subscription settings, or Restore Purchase to refresh access.

Reminders and widgets

If reminders stop, open the app and refresh your schedule. If a widget is stale, open the app once and then refresh the widget from the Home Screen or Lock Screen.
